Glorious Cuisine has been catering in the Greater Houston Area since 1996 and has been the exclusive In-House Caterer at The Chateau Polonez since 2005. As a family owned business we each contribute our individual skills and talents to your event.Executive Chef Grazyna Matusz has a passion for combining the flavors of her European heritage with the sizzle of the Southwest. Her hobby is traveling around the country sampling new cuisines. “Each meal in a new locale inspires me to try a different ingredient that can bring a colorful new flavor to our current menu.”

Chef Adam Matusz is a graduate of the Culinary Institute LeNotre, but has been in and around a kitchen since he was a young child, working with his mother Grazyna. “Cooking has always been what I love to do. Preparing crawfish Etouffee for hundreds or steaks on the grill for friends; I’m at my best in the kitchen.”Catering Coordinator Natalia Matusz works with you to fine-tune your menu and plan the logistics of your event. She can suggest a menu that would enhance your event or work with you to create a menu around an existing theme. “From delivery and set-up to the coordination of waitstaff, I love getting involved in the details!”
